Notifications
It is an important part of the Consumer Agency’s strategy to
facilitate the access of citizens of Iceland to communicate and
make transactions with this governmental agency from a single point
of entry. Therefore the Consumer Agency welcomes that you submit
notifications and questions on those issues that you feel necessary
concerning the public services that it and its employees are
providing to consumers and business operators which can be anything
form positive remarks, complaints, questions or notifications.
Answers to your submissions will appear under the tab “My
submissions” where you can see a full copy of your submission and
how it is being processed. Furthermore you can submit an anonymous
notification if you prefer to do that.
